At Ajwaa for air conditioners, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unused and in their original packaging where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll replace it or give you a full refund at no cost to you.
